Goal setting Session & Follow up

You’ll start out with an initial one-hour goal setting session & evaluation of your current diet and nutrition with your nutrition coach. She’ll put a plan together that meets your personal lifestyle and training needs.

Loop back with your coach after 6 weeks of trying out the plan for a 90 minute session where you’ll share feedback and work with your coach to make tweaks to the plan moving forward.

Personalized Nutrition plan

After your initial goal setting call, you’ll receive a personalized nutrition guidebook (pdf) with daily personalized nutrition plans designed for your body and your training needs. This guide will include portioning guidelines, meal plans, recipes, healthful cooking tips, and detailed educational points on how to maintain balanced nutrition and hydration for peak performance.

As an avid runner and athletic competitor growing up, Monica’s passion for an active lifestyle and overall health & wellness began long before she dove into the science of nutrition. Her own experience with food intolerances & competitions fueled her curiosity for how specific foods not only affect individuals differently, but also have the most beneficial or detrimental impact on overall health & athletic performance. Since turning her passion into her career in 2014, Monica has worked as a fitness professional across the country, helping hundreds of people of all ages & backgrounds reach their health & fitness goals. Monica believes great nutrition is achievable for anyone with the right education, and proper nutrition is a vital piece to any athletic goal.
